All Workshops held at the Ripple Effect - 1024 Eubank NE
a block & a half North of the intersection of Lomas & Eubank on the East side of the street
Each month we take one Saturday to explore
a special aspect of practice and we take extra time to do so. In classes leading up to and just after that workshop,
you can expect to find an extra focus on this aspect, always in the context of a full, rounded, meditative, embodied
yoga class.
Workshop Saturdays are $30 or
2 people together for $50, great for friends, couples & families!
